Happy New Year from your Gay NJ REALTOR

Lets hope that 2009 is a better year for all of us than 2008 turned out to be.  I believe that 2009 will very likely be a much better year for real estate sales in the towns of the Midtown Direct train line of New Jersey Transit.

The signs of a better real estate market to come are already showing up.  The federal government now seems serious in their mission to end the housing market recession using what ever means necessary.  Mortgage interest rates are at 30 year lows, home prices are down and now deemed to be within the affordability range for most would be New Jersey home buyers.  To top all that off it seem like the home buyer activity has been picking up ever since mid December.

Are you thinking of shopping for a great deal on a home in gay friendly New Jersey?  Stop by the New Jersey MLS search.

I think 2009 will be a better year for all of us. As long as we hang in there and keep the flames up, we will make it and I know in my heart that the market will pick back up again.
Thanks so much for the hope and encouragement!

Nice, you are optimistic despite the already happening recession. Maybe more transactions this year may just be the perfect way to offset the effects of the recession. Happy New Year!

The massive Business Bay project by Dubai Holding is currently under construction and is designed to be the new centre of Dubai’s commercial district. The Business Bay will consist of a selection of high and low-rise freehold buildings, catering for offices as well as some freehold residential property. Stretching from the current Dubai Creek and dredging inland another eleven kilometres, the project is going to become headquarters to some of the world’s most prestigious companies, and lucky real estate investors.

Due to the sheer size of the development, residents and people working in the district will benefit from a great selection of amenities, which will include hotels, restaurants, cafes, shopping malls and supermarkets. Many of the buildings, particularly residential, will also include gymnasiums and swimming pools, with other sporting facilities located nearby. The key feature of the Business Bay is to offer a mix of work and play all in one place, right in the heart of the city.

True to its name, is a melting pot of the divergent nationalities and cultures making Dubai modern and cosmopolitan. Initiated with a vision to provide affordable yet stylish living experience to more than 60,000 people, International City has been successful in helping realize the dreams of many to own a home in Dubai.

Spread over an enormous 800-hectare plot, International City offers wide range of business activities, retail opportunities and tourist attractions that goes hand-in-hand with the residential features.

International City is a country themed architecture of residences, business opportunity, and tourist attractions. It will cover 800 hectares (8 million square meters) and its geometry was inspired by the intricately patterened traditional carpets of the Middle East. Once completed, the project will contain studio, one and two bedroom apartment units and accommodate over 60 thousand residents.
