Each year GLINN (Gay Lesbian International News Network) puts together a list of the top 10 Gay Ghetto’s. I know, I know, Gay Ghetto sounds negative but it totally is a possitive thing. According to GLINN Gay Ghetto’s represent areas of blossoming pride, celebration, and reliable real estate value.

In actuality this whole area is very gay friendly and a number of gay households can be found in most all of the towns along the Morristown Line of New Jersey Transit, sometimes called the Midtown Direct train line for its many trains that go express to Penn station in NYC without stopping.
Maplewood and South Orange tend to be more affordable towns for the New Jersey Gay community, with Millburn being more expensive but having just a bit of a different flair.

The Dubai property market is easily recognized for its ambitious projects that defy conventional engineering, and no developer pushes the envelope like Nakheel. As the largest freehold property developer in the United Arab Emirates, Nakheel tries to create unique residential properties that continually impress. With the massive Downtown Burj Dubai, urban living has just become more attainable. It is set to include a variety of luxury high-rise and low-rise apartments, a mixture of traditional and modern architecture, all set around the prestigious Burj Dubai tower, the world’s tallest building. Some of the residences are already complete, with many more expected to be complete over the next year, after the Burj Dubai is finished at the end of 2008.
